Zoe McKenzie MP
Federal Member for Flinders
Zoe was elected on 21 May 2022. Prior to this she was a small business woman working in international trade and a board director, living on the Southern Mornington Peninsula.
Zoe served on the Board of the Committee for Mornington Peninsula, and worked with groups including the Mornington Peninsula Foundation and Save our Spidercrabs.
Zoe knows the unique challenges facing small and family enterprises and is committed to working with local businesses to create a thriving Peninsula economy.
Earlier in her career, she practised employment and equal opportunity law, and served on the boards of the NBN and Australia Council for the Arts. She has held senior policy roles in the law, trade and education sectors.
When she’s not working, Zoe enjoys family time with her partner Rod and three step-children, being out on the water or scuba diving under it.
The Peninsula’s local environment is world-class, and Zoe is passionate about protecting it for generations to come.
Zoe is proud to serve the Mornington Peninsula and will work every day to deliver results for the people of Flinders.
