WINNER ANNOUNCED FOR 2022 FLINDERS CHRISTMAS CARD COMPETITION
After weeks of voting, a photo from deep underneath Flinders Pier has taken out Zoe McKenzie’s 2022 Christmas Card Competition.
Sam Glenn-Smith’s photo of two male Weedy Sea Dragons carrying hundreds of bright pink eggs beat nine other competitors, securing 245 votes.
Federal Member for Flinders, Zoe McKenzie MP, congratulated Mr Glen-Smith and all competitors for their stunning camera work.
“Each of these photos captures something unique about our incredible Mornington Peninsula,” Ms McKenzie said.
“Locals have cast their vote and each of these photos would have made an incredible Christmas card, but there can only be one winner, and I’m pleased to announce Sam Glenn-Smith’s photo Weedy Sea Dragons has taken out the title.”
