WINNERS ANNOUNCED FOR 2023 FLINDERS CHRISTMAS CARD COMPETITION Constituents of Flinders were asked to submit their best snaps of the Mornington Peninsula for Zoe McKenzie MP’s 2023 Christmas Card Competition.
